It is a service provided by our team of certified and trained speech therapists (also called speech-language pathologists), which, from our experience, ensures a very good level of engagement. Oftentimes this service can result more effective, since PWS are less likely to skip consultations (which frequently happens in an offline setting due to mobility difficulties and other unattended circumstances).

Today, many companies in the healthcare sector are adopting such practice. If you live in a more isolated region or if you do not have a speech therapist close by or if you are looking for a speech therapist specialized on a specific field, it is maybe the only available solution. However, we do not see it as an alternative solution, but as a solution for the future, hence our services are fully connected even in an offline setting. We will do our best to meet your expectations.

Through our system you can book and pay your consultations at yours and your speech therapist’s convenience. Through our specialized platform you can see your progression and evaluate your sessions. Progressively you will also be able to undertake online exercises. We cannot ensure that it works with everyone, but we invite you to experiment and see how you feel. We will do our best to beat your best expectations.

All payments are provided by credit card: you insert your data the first time and, from thereon, upon your validation and after attending a consultation, the session’s amount is deducted. Send us an email for more information.

The following equipment is required to participate in online speech therapy:

• Computer with a built-in or external webcam and microphone
• High-speed internet connection
• An email account

Our therapists recommend the following to help you get the most out of your sessions:

• Headphones
• Good lighting
• Quiet environment with limited background noise

Our software guarantees maximum performance, security and reliability.

If you have already booked a consultation in the system but you cannot attend on the indicated date/ time, you can change 24h in advance free-of-charge.

If something unattended occurs on the day of the consultation and you are not able to attend it, you will be asked to rebook the consultation for another time. After the second time this occurs, we will charge half price of the consultation.
